Role Description

This is a contract role for a Export Marketing (Mandarin Speaker) position, located on-site in Rancaekek. The day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and implementing international marketing strategies, managing export sales, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve set targets.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential
  • Mandarin and English speaking ability will be tested directly during the first interview.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and International Marketing
  • Experience in Export and Sales
  • Strong skills in Sales & Marketing
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site in Rancaekek
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the textile industry is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing activities for both export and local knitted fabric markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Prepare, update, and manage sales documents, quotations, and reports in both English and Indonesian.
  • Identify customer requirements, provide solutions, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Conduct negotiations with customers while maintaining the company's best interests and integrity.
  • Support the sales and marketing team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
