As a Product Operation Staff, you will support the company's operational activities by ensuring that required goods, spare parts, and related equipment are available in accordance with quality standards, timeline, and budget. The role includes sourcing vendors/suppliers, preparing quotations, and overseeing the purchasing and delivery process.Job Overview


Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct sourcing and evaluation of local and international vendors/suppliers based on company needs.
  2. Ensure that goods/services meet the technical specifications required by the company and clients.
  3. Prepare quotations/proposals for clients.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, logistics) to align procurement needs.
  5. Assist in price, quality, and delivery schedule negotiations with vendors.
  6. Handle procurement administration, including purchase orders, invoices, and export/import documents (if required).
  7. Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely delivery.
  8. Prepare periodic reports related to sourcing, quotations, and purchasing activities.
  9. Maintain good relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any field (preferred: Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related).
  • Open for fresh graduates or candidates with prior work experience (1–2 years in procurement/supply chain is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and disciplined in handling documentation.
  • Able to work under targets and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • English proficiency (both written and spoken) is a strong advantage.
