Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Management Intern to support our product development lifecycle. This role will focus on assisting in documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordination between the technology and product management teams. You will gain hands-on experience in product planning, execution, and delivery while learning how to transform business needs into practical product features.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining product documentation including requirements, feature specifications, and change logs.
  • Support in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing test cases, documenting results, and tracking issues.
  • Coordinate with technology and product management teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Collect and consolidate feedback from stakeholders to support product enhancements.
  • Help monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Conduct basic research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.

Job Specifications

Education & Background:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
