Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, identifying and engaging potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Specialist will also deliver training to team members, oversee sales activities, and ensure targets and objectives are met. Regular reporting on key performance indicators and collaboration with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts will be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve targets.
  • Experience in Training and guiding team members to improve performance and achieve results.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or finance industry is an advantage.
