Job responsibilities
- Bulid and maintain the relationship with customer
- Daily communication about the customer PO and payment progress
- Monitoring the customer target achivement
- Sort out and define the chanllenge or demand from customer , and coodinate internally with xiaomi team to reslove the problems
- Stable weekly or biweekly meeting with customer , coodinate xiaomi team and customer each dept team members
Job requirements
- Communication and Expression Ability:Clear and fluent oral and written expression skills, able to accurately understand customer needs and clearly convey the company's product or service information, and good at handling customer questions and objections.
- Customer Service Ability:Master basic customer service skills, able to proactively follow up on customer needs, respond to customer feedback in a timely manner, maintain good customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Learning and Adaptability:Quickly learn the company's product knowledge, industry trends and business processes, able to adapt to market changes and adjustments in customer needs, and have certain problem analysis and solving abilities.
- Basic Data Ability:Proficient in using Excel for basic data statistics and analysis (such as customer information organization, sales data summary), and able to use PPT to create simple customer reports or plan demonstration materials.
