PT Dinamika Expressindo is a trusted freight forwarding company in Indonesia, established in 1991. As one dedicated team, we provide comprehensive logistics solutions across international shipping — including land, sea, air, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing services.

We are currently seeking a Cargo Sales Manager to lead our team and grow together with us at our Semarang Branch Office.

Job Descriptions:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across domestic & international routes

- Plan and execute effective marketing strategies to exceed revenue targets.

  • Lead and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance.

- Respond to customers' inquiry on rates and services with professionalism and excellence

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, agents, and partners.

  • Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery

  • Monitor team performance and report to directors

  • Provide feedback to headquarters and take action based on market insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of work experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or airlines company (preferably in sales)

  • Professional proficiency in English (fluency in Mandarin is a plus)

  • Broad understanding of global freight forwarding and logistics (Sea, Air, Land, ISO tank, Warehouse, and Distribution)

  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

  • Able to operate Microsoft Office

  • Willing to Work From Office at Semarang Office
