Transportation Planner

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring shipment by Air, Sea & Lan freight
• Mapping routes
• Arranging costs, speed, lead time accuracy, and product characteristics
• Supervise and ensure the smooth flow of all freight forwarding operations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties such as shipping lines, land transportation, and clients to ensure on-time deliveries
• Ensure shipment profitability and evaluate upsell opportunities.
• Vendor monitoring shipment (shipment must be on time delivered to customer based on request)
• Proof on delivery monitoring based on lead time
• Makes a good relationship with customer and with vendor
• Monitoring every issue and escalate to customer for solving the issue

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with any major, preferred Management or Transportation Management
• Experiences in 3 years of International Freight Forwarding; experience with shipping and project cargo
• Experiences of Air & Sea Freight and strong knowledge of ocean transport management
• Able to speak English
• Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
