Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Tangerang. The Account Executive will handle client accounts, develop and maintain client relationships, manage project timelines, coordinate with the production team, and ensure client satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing proposals, providing project updates, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management skills and ability to develop lasting client connections
  • Strong project management skills, including coordinating timelines and ensuring project delivery
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in the production industry and understanding of filming, video shooting, and photo production processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
