Job Description
- Develop and lead the overall Human Resources strategy in alignment with the company's vision, mission, and long-term business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Board of Directors and senior management in matters related to people management and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee all HR functions end-to-end, including workforce planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, government regulations, and internal company policies.
- Lead and maintain constructive industrial relations, including engagement with labor unions, collective bargaining agreement (CBA/PKB) negotiations, and resolution of labor disputes.
- Build and strengthen a disciplined, high-performance, and safety-oriented work culture that supports productivity and continuous improvement.
- Partner with plant and operational leaders in managing blue-collar and white-collar employees to ensure efficiency, engagement, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to improve structure, processes, and people capabilities.
- Establish, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team, fostering professionalism, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Prepare and present HR reports, analytics, and strategic recommendations to senior management as required.
