About the role

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst Consultant to join our team at PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your data analysis skills and expertise to support the strategic objectives of our dynamic and innovative company. As a Data Analyst Consultant, you will be based in Jakarta and play a crucial role in extracting valuable insights from complex data sets to inform and drive key business decisions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources
  2. Perform advanced analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
  3. Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
  4. Partner with sales and commercial teams to align insights with strategic objectives
  5. Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI/Tableau
  6. Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, structured manner
  7. Support the design and implementation of data-driven sales strategies
  8. Monitor performance metrics and propose continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years in data analytics or consulting roles (experience with sales/commercial data preferred)
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field
  3. Strong proficiency in data manipulation, modelling and visualisation using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI (Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics is a strong plus)
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex data
  5. Experience in translating business requirements into data-driven solutions
  6. Good understanding of data management principles and data governance best practices
  7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively present insights and recommendations
  8. Familiarity with the Information & Communication Technology industry and business/systems analysis is preferred
