One of Bali's eco-conscious, activewear brands is looking for a Social Media Manager who truly lives and breathes social media culture.

The ideal candidate is someone who scrolls intentionally, notices emerging trends early, understands different creator niches and communities, and knows how to adapt cultural moments in a way that feels aligned, elevated, and distinct. Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum 2–4 years' experience in social media, digital content, or creative marketing roles.
  • Deeply immersed in social media culture, you genuinely love scrolling,
  • researching, analysing trends, and discovering new creators and niches.
  • A natural visual storyteller with refined taste and a strong understanding of
  • aesthetics, mood, and emotion.
  • Highly fluent in TikTok culture, trends, editing styles, sounds, storytelling formats, and creator communities.
  • Confident in creating content end-to-end: filming, editing, writing captions, and shaping narratives yourself.
  • Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
  • Strong understanding of how organic content supports paid social performance.
  • Organised, proactive, curious, and excited to test, experiment, and evolve creatively.
  • Deeply aligned with Indigo Luna's values, tone, and visual world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept, script, film, and edit platform specific video content, with a strong focus on authenticity, trends, movement, and emotion.
  • Create Instagram carousels, Reels, TikToks, and other platform-native formats with a refined visual and storytelling sensibility.
  • Develop and execute monthly, cross-platform content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Substack, and other emerging platforms.
  • Support brand shoots by assisting with creative direction, storyboarding, styling, talent coordination, and on-set guidance to ensure social-first outputs.
  • Edit short-form content with a strong eye for pacing, mood, sound, aesthetics, and brand tone, ensuring everything feels calm, inspiring, feminine, and connected.
  • Live deeply inside social culture, consistently researching, analysing, and tracking emerging trends, aesthetics, formats, niches, and creator communities.
  • Adapt trends thoughtfully and creatively so they feel aligned with company's values and visual identity, rather than reactive or gimmicky.
  • Implement social strategies that grow brand awareness, engagement, and community while maintaining a strong emotional and visual brand presence.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, community engagement, and conversations with care and intention.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand, Influencer, and E-Commerce teams to ensure cohesion across campaigns, launches, and seasonal storytelling.
  • Create and adapt organic-feeling, high-performing content specifically designed for paid ads across TikTok, Meta, YouTube + more.
  • Work with performance marketing partners to A/B test creatives, iterate on formats, and identify what resonates both emotionally and commercially.
  • Understand how strong organic storytelling translates into high-performing paid content.
  • Track KPIs and deliver monthly performance and insights reports with clear creative and strategic recommendations.
  • Use analytics, social listening, and cultural insights to continuously refine content, balancing performance with brand feeling.
  • Measure success not only through numbers, but through the elevation of a company's emotional, visual, and cultural presence on social.
