Purpose

The Social Media Officer plays an essential role in strengthening the school's online presence and community engagement across both campuses. This position is responsible for managing the school's social media channels, creating engaging digital content, and ensuring consistent messaging that highlights the school's programs, activities, achievements, and culture to prospective families and the wider public.

Duties & Responsibilities


•Manage and update the school's social media platforms with engaging, relevant, and on-brand content.


•Create, edit, and publish high-quality digital content (graphics, photos, videos, captions, reels) that reflects the school's community and activities.


•Capture and organize digital assets from events and daily campus life for marketing and documentation.


•Develop content calendars and coordinate posting schedules across both campuses.


•Monitor social media engagement, respond to inquiries/messages, and support community interaction.


•Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.


•Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Communications teams to support promotions and campaigns.


•Ensure consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all social media platforms.


•Stay updated with current trends in social media and apply innovative approaches to enhance visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

●Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

●Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in social media management or digital content creation, preferably in the education, hospitality, or service industry.

●Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).

●Skilled in creating high-quality visual content including graphics, short videos, and photos.

●Familiar with social media analytics and performance reporting tools.

●Strong understanding of digital engagement strategies and online branding.

●Ability to maintain consistent messaging and visual identity across multiple locations.

●Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

●A collaborative team player who can work effectively with staff across both campuses.

●Proficient in English.
