Main Responsibilities:

  1. Open and develop new international markets while managing and growing existing markets
  2. Negotiate and close commercial deals to secure new distribution channels
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international clients, distributors and retail partners to strengthen product presence
  4. Coordinate with local partners to promote the product effectively in the target markets; Plan and manage international trade events
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and expansion areas
  6. Monitor end-to-end export process, including quotation and agreements
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
  8. Provide regular reports and market insights on international performance to the management as well as strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in international business development or export sales preferably in FMCG industry
  • Has experience of export sales management (export regulations, logistic, and documentation requirements)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute effective market entry strategies
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with overseas clients
  • Willingness to travel internationally to meet with customers and attend industry events
