Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Manager role located in Indonesia. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing business operations, developing strategies to meet organizational goals, managing budgets, and coordinating with various departments. The role includes analyzing business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. The Business Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

  • Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Familiarity with compliance and quality standards in the consumer goods industry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
