Job Description :

  1. Merencanakan beban kerja & menyusun jadwal Warehouse–Driver–Teknisi–Helper–Production.

2.Mensinkronkan prioritas WO/SO dengan Admin (Sales/Operational) & WHS.

  1. Mengawasi inbound, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, dan mengendalikan akurasi stok.

  2. Mengkoordinasi produksi ringan/refinish/repair agar due date terpenuhi.

  3. Mengontrol pengiriman & instalasi (route, SJ, BAST, FTF).

  4. Menegakkan K3 & 5S: toolbox/safety talk, inspeksi APD, housekeeping.

  5. Menyetujui material/alat bantu & memelihara aset (posm/alat/vehicle).

  6. Menganalisis kendala harian (andon) & mengeksekusi tindakan korektif/kaizen.

  7. Membina tim: briefing, OJT, coaching kinerja.

  8. Menyusun laporan harian/mingguan (output, OTIF, selisih, incident, biaya).

Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan D3/S1 (Logistik/Manufaktur/Teknis) atau SMA berpengalaman.

  2. Pengalaman ≥3–5 tahun di operasi gudang/produksi/distribusi; ≥1–2 tahun memimpin tim.

  3. Menguasai ERP/WMS & Excel.

  4. Paham FIFO/FEFO, K3, 5S.

  5. Komunikatif, tegas, adaptif, siap shift & mobile.
