We are hiring Japanese-speaking talents to join our client Japanese team.

Successful candidates will receive full training in IT consulting (SAP/Oracle) for 6 months and have the opportunity to work with Japanese clients.

This role offers remote working flexibility, opportunities to use and improve Japanese daily. After 6–12 months, high-performing staff may be converted to direct employees of client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively in Japanese with Japanese SIer (System Integrator) clients.
  • Participate in training programs on SAP/Oracle provided by ITER.
  • Support project coordination and documentation in Japanese.
  • Collaborate with Indonesian and Japanese teams to deliver client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Japanese language skills (spoken and written) —
    JLPT N2 or N1
    level preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work in an international environment.
  • No prior IT knowledge required (training will be provided).
  • Open to fresh graduates, returnees from Japan, or professionals looking to use Japanese skills.
  • Willing to commit to long-term training and employment (minimum 6 months).
