Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Management, or related field (master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Marketing within leasing, financing, or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in sales target achievement and business development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Good knowledge of financing and leasing products (Operating Lease & Finance Lease).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within East Java and Bali.
  • Target-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce TKS as a leasing and rental company to dealers and customers in East Java and Bali to expand the company's market.
  • Conduct regular visits to maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and vendors to support Operating Lease and Finance Lease business.
  • Organize regional marketing sales targets for the Surabaya and Bali branches to ensure efficient achievement of goals.
  • Supervise subordinates in preparing financing applications, internal memos, and legal documents to ensure smooth marketing and operational processes at Surabaya and Bali branches.
  • Support the operational team in ensuring all rental units in Surabaya remain in good condition.
  • Educate, monitor, and guide marketing staff to carry out their duties according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including providing training to new employees.
  • Prepare monitoring reports on regional marketing sales achievements and Sales Calls performed by the regional team.
  • Create new applications and quotations for potential customers in Surabaya and Bali branches.
  • Monitor Account Receivable handled by each marketing PIC.
  • Oversee the work of the Marketing teams in Surabaya and Bali and provide support to the Surabaya branch's operational activities.
