Role Description

The Branch Lead will oversee the daily operations and management of OTCA's branch in Surabaya. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and executing operational strategies, maintaining high-quality service delivery, and meeting branch revenue & performance goals. The Branch Lead will also foster a positive team culture and ensure customer satisfaction through effective leadership. This is a contract-based, on-site role, located in Surabaya.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
  • Proficiency in operational planning, strategy execution, and resource management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address challenges efficiently
  • Previous experience in branch operations or a similar leadership role is preferred
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in German, French, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is an advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Surabaya and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
