Job Description:

  • Support in various supply chain and operations tasks
  • Detail-focused, capable of managing tasks autonomously
  • Ensure all data are entered into system timely and accurately (Monitor material movement, maintain accurate records of material activities.)
  • Provide administrative support such as handling correspondence, assisting with data entry and generating reports.
  • Identify discrepancies/non-conformity, then follow up with stakeholders to resolve
  • An effective communicator ready to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures and regulatory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain with internship experience welcome
  • Fresh graduates
  • 23 – 26 y.o
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain, Aviation and accounting principles (optional)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
