Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area for the position of Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing key accounts, overseeing the sales team, and achieving organizational sales targets. Daily responsibilities include formulating sales plans, managing a team to ensure performance alignment, overseeing account management, analyzing market trends, and fostering relationships with key clients to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management experience to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Proficient in Account Management to maintain and grow relationships with key clients
  • Team Management and leadership skills to inspire and oversee a high-performing sales team
  • Analytical Skills to assess market trends and develop strategic plans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in the telecommunication industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
