Key Account Officer

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer relations
- Preferably with experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or e-commerce industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, strategies, and ecosystem
Job Description:
- Manage relationships with key e-commerce accounts to achieve sales targets and business growth
- Act as the main liaison between the company and major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.)
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional plans, and campaigns to boost online visibility and sales
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights on consumer behavior and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure product availability, competitive pricing, and smooth operations
- Negotiate contracts, promotional programs, and strategic partnerships with e-commerce partners
- Prepare regular reports on performance, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations
