The Opportunity

SCI Ecommerce, a dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce company, is seeking a talented Key Account (ECOMMERCE) Manager to join our team in Setiabudi, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening our key account relationships, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our key e-commerce accounts
  2. Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing key accounts
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to key accounts
  4. Negotiate and manage contract renewals and upsell opportunities
  5. Provide strategic account planning and regular performance reviews for key accounts
  6. Identify and address any issues or concerns from key accounts, and implement solutions quickly
  7. Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help drive the company's e-commerce growth

What We're Looking For

  1. 5+ years of proven experience in account management or key account management, ideally in the e-commerce industry
  2. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  3. Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track account performance
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills
  7. Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape and industry trends
