Work Time: Monday-Friday with 2 Hours Lunch Break

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
  • Fluent in speak Chinese, HSK 5 (English Speakers are welcomed)
  • Minimum of 3 (three) year of experience in a construction pricing and contract management or similar position
  • Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods and cost estimation techniques.
  • Possess good presentation, communication, and coordination skills with all parties.
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially in MS Office and Civil Engineering applications such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to construction and costs.
  • Able to drive and possess a valid motorcycle (SIM C) and car (SIM A) driving license.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive documents/specifications from clients or other divisions to estimate the required quantity, specifications, and price of materials, as well as the scope of work.
  • Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) and Bill of Quantity (BoQ) calculations for project purposes.
  • Create and receive quotations or other proposal documents for tender purposes.
  • Conduct market research and cost estimation for materials and in projected tenders.
  • Review, establish, and maintain relationships with local subcontractors.
  • Organize quotation and tender negotiations with local subcontractors.
  • Handle and prepare office administrative needs such as correspondence, contracts, and all tender documents.
  • Maintain the subcontractor database and cost database.
  • Assess Civil and Structural engineering construction material quality and report findings.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and supervise the Civil and Structural construction activities to ensure that all work is in accordance with the contractual requirements.
  • Prepare and provide regular site progress reports to management as required.
  • Able to create reports using PowerPoint and deliver presentations during project tenders.
