About the role

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive recruitment support, onboarding coordination, and HR administrative assistance for the head office.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:

As a Recruiter, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer processing
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Assist in handling high-volume recruitment linked to new projects

Key skills and experience required:

  • 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Prior experience in a recruitment agency will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a steep learning curve.
  • Willingness to work full-time onsite (5 days a week) at the head office
