About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic team at PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk. As a Recruitment Internship, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and employer branding activities
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Current enrolment in a university degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and colleagues
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is preferred
  • A keen interest in the recruitment and talent management industry
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
