MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Recruitment Intern will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition team. This will involve contributing to the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing and screening potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with general recruitment administration. The intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment processes and best practices while contributing to the successful hiring of top talent for the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
- Prior internship experience in administering psychological tests, conducting behavioral event interviews, and working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
