Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Casual Leasing Administrator, located in TSM Bandung, Indonesia. The Leasing Administrator will be responsible for handling lease documentation, managing lease agreements, coordinating communication related to leasing, and supporting lease administration.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lease Documentation and Lease Administration
  • Understanding of Leases and ability to manage leasing processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and basic data analysis.
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with tenants and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in retail or commercial property leasing is an advantage
