Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sumbawa Besar for an Engineering Technical Lead in the concrete and construction field. In this role, you will oversee technical operations, lead engineering teams, and ensure smooth coordination across departments to support the successful execution of complex concrete projects.

Qualifications

S1 Teknik Sipil atau bidang terkait (S2 jadi nilai plus).


• Pengalaman di riset atau pengembangan beton.


• Kemampuan memimpin tim dan mengelola proyek.


• Paham teknologi beton dan quality control.


• Analitis, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja di lingkungan industri.


• Pengalaman di proyek pertambangan atau infrastruktur adalah keunggulan.


•
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris.
