Operations Specialist

Kami mencari Operations Specialist yang siap memastikan seluruh operasi Swing di Indonesia berjalan efisien, akurat, dan produktif — dari pengelolaan deposit dengan mitra venue hingga pengalaman pengguna di platform.

Peran ini menuntut kombinasi analisis bisnis, ketegasan operasional, dan kemampuan komunikasi dengan mitra di lapangan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Mengelola alokasi dan utilisasi deposit lintas venue untuk mencapai target turnover bulanan dan margin yang sehat.
  • Memastikan rekonsiliasi dan payout mingguan berlangsung cepat, akurat, dan sesuai SLA (≤3 hari kerja).
  • Membangun ritme operasional harian & mingguan: laporan deposit, fill rate, SLA breach, dan meeting realokasi.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Finance, Customer Experience, dan Product untuk menjaga CSAT ≥4,6 serta no-show rate rendah.
  • Menganalisis data performa venue (GMV, AOV, refund, turnover) dan menerjemahkannya ke aksi mingguan.
  • Menjalin hubungan baik dengan mitra klub & range, menjaga kejelasan komunikasi dan kepatuhan terhadap MOU.
  • Melatih dan mengarahkan tim ops/admin agar konsisten menjalankan SOP, pelaporan, dan eskalasi.

Kualifikasi

  • 5+ tahun pengalaman di operational management / partner ops / finance ops, idealnya di sektor marketplace, travel, payment, hospitality, atau sport tech.
  • Paham konsep GMV, gross margin, deposit turnover, dan SLA operasional.
  • Mampu mengolah data (Google Sheets, dashboard, atau SQL sederhana).
  • Terbiasa menangani rekonsiliasi transaksi, payout, dan komunikasi B2B.
  • Detail-oriented, cepat tanggap, dan terbiasa membuat keputusan berbasis data.
  • Komunikatif, diplomatis, dan bisa menjaga keseimbangan antara kepentingan mitra & efisiensi internal.
