Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative for a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta.
Sales Development Representatives are responsible for outbound prospecting. The world of an SDR revolves around lead gen, rather than closing new deals. SDRs are typically measured by how effectively they move leads through the sales pipeline.

Sales development representatives help with the lead qualification process, which allows sales team to focus on closing deals instead of wasting time with prospecting.

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, social media)
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos with our Account Manager team
  • Build and nurture relationships with HR and business decision-makers
  • Foster a good working relationship with potential clients (give assistance on HRIS ecosystem, identify and solve partner's problems/needs, collect their feedback on product)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an SDR or in telemarketing or cold-calling activities.
  • Experience working in industries such as HR or IT is a plus.
  • Target-Oriented: Ability to consistently achieve sales targets or appointment volume.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to complete sourcing activities, calling, and other administrative tasks.
  • Customer-Obsessed: Sensitive to the needs of prospective clients, with the ability to deeply understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Questioning Skills: Skilled in asking questions to obtain objective information and feedback from prospective clients.
