About the Role

Mentari Academy partners with schools to empower their growth — not only in academics but also in branding, marketing, and leadership.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Assistant Brand & Marketing Trainer/Associate
who can help schools strengthen their brand presence, enhance their marketing performance, and master effective communication strategies both online and offline.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is also an educator at heart — someone who loves to teach, consult, and make a real impact in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Support and coach schools in
building strong branding and marketing strategies
.

· Design and
deliver training programs
on school marketing, both digital and offline.

· Facilitate
consultation sessions
and strategic discussions with school leaders.

· Assist in
developing and executing marketing campaigns
and initiatives.

· Provide guidance in
content creation, storytelling, and social media strategy
.

·
Monitor and evaluate
schools' marketing performance and outcomes.

· Lead and manage multiple schools under assigned regions.

· Act as a
problem-solver
and trusted advisor for schools' marketing challenges.

·
Travel regularly outside Jakarta
to conduct visits, coaching, and on-site training.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communication, Business, or Education
.

·
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
in marketing, brand management, or training roles.

· Proven ability to
design and facilitate marketing or branding training programs
.

· Strong command of
English (spoken and written)
is essential.

· Deep understanding of
digital marketing, content strategy, and offline campaigns
.

· Skilled in
social media management, creative content creation, and analytics
.

· Excellent
presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
.

· Highly
adaptive, resourceful, and proactive
in solving problems.

· Passionate about
education, creativity, and continuous improvement
.

· Willing to
travel frequently
for school visits and training sessions.
