About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a food and beverage company offering an All-You-Can-Eat premium shabu and grill experience, with multiple locations across Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to elevate brand awareness and customer engagement Lead national brand positioning strategies and expansion campaignsOversee digital marketing, content creation, and performance analyticsManage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand goals and KPIsCollaborate with operations and store teams to ensure consistent brand experience across locationsConduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisionsCoordinate promotional activities, partnerships, and seasonal campaignsRepresent the brand in external engagements and media opportunitiesMonitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B sector Proven ability to build and scale brand programs at a national levelPrior experience with leading F&B groups in Indonesia is highly advantageousStrong understanding of consumer behaviour in the F&B markets.Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams, including digital marketingExcellent strategic thinking, communication, and project management skillsWillingness to travel regularly for store visits and brand activationsBased in Jakarta, with flexibility to work from several locations in Jabodetabek Area.Benefits
