Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Supervisor to oversee our Clubhouse-Padel location in Jakarta. This role is perfect for a passionate individual who thrives in a community-focused environment. You will lead a team devoted to ensuring that every interaction is positive and impactful for our members. Your leadership will foster a culture of exceptional service within our Clubhouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of customer service at the Clubhouse, providing guidance to staff and ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Train and develop team members on customer service best practices and the features of our Clubhouse offerings
  • Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures specific to the Clubhouse experience, enhancing member satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, escalating issues as necessary
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to assess team efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with management to organize events and activities that engage members and promote community involvement
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing feedback and suggestions for service improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in a recreational or community-focused environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational excellence
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to connect with diverse clientele
  • Proficient problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively
  • Comfortable using customer service software and technology
  • A genuine interest in sports, community engagement, and smart home technology is an advantage
