Kami mencari seorang profesional penjualan yang berpengalaman untuk memasarkan dan mengembangkan bisnis baterai kendaraan listrik (EV Battery) kendaraan listrik industri maupun komersial
Peran ini berfokus pada pasar replacement battery, dengan tanggung jawab membangun hubungan jangka panjang bersama pelanggan dan meningkatkan penetrasi pasar di berbagai sektor industri.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :
- Melakukan aktivitas penjualan dan promosi produk baterai untuk kendaraan listrik industri.
- Mengidentifikasi peluang penjualan di pasar replacement battery dan menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan baru maupun existing.
- Menyusun strategi penjualan, termasuk negosiasi harga, penawaran, dan tindak lanjut prospek.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim teknis untuk memastikan kebutuhan dan spesifikasi pelanggan terpenuhi.
- Memantau tren pasar, aktivitas kompetitor, dan memberikan masukan strategis untuk pengembangan produk.
- Menyusun laporan penjualan dan pencapaian target secara berkala kepada manajemen.
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (lebih disukai dari jurusan Teknik, Marketing, atau sejenis).
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang penjualan B2B, khususnya di industri otomotif, baterai, atau kendaraan listrik.
- Memiliki pengetahuan teknis dasar mengenai sistem baterai (lithium / lead-acid) menjadi nilai tambah.
- Terbiasa menangani klien industri dan memahami proses replacement market.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
- Aktif, berorientasi target, dan memiliki jejaring luas di sektor kendaraan industri atau logistik.
