Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Export Assistant, based in Kota Tangerang. The role involves managing and coordinating the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and liaising with clients and partners to ensure smooth logistics operations. The Import Export Assistant will also provide support in documentation, communication, and maintaining accurate records related to shipments and trade activities.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Import Export processes, including knowledge of international trade regulations
  • Hands-on experience in International Trade and International Business
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation and records
  • Proficiency in multiple languages and familiarity with customs procedures are a plus
  • Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related fields
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
