Job Description:

  • Under the supervision of the Management Representative, the Document Control Staff will provide assistance in DESI's ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Management System Implementation.
  • Execute in implementation and maintenance of robust document control system to ensure proper management of all company records pertaining to the company's Integrated Management System implementation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating all notes, records, and documents pertaining to the Integrated Management System.
  • Coordinate the arrangement and preparation of the company's Integrated Management System's internal audit and external audit.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience (minimum), fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor Degree (Minimum) in Environmental Engineering / Health Science / Occupational Safety and Health or Other Related Engineering Major.
  • Sound knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and standards in Indonesia, especially related with hazardous and non-hazardous waste management.
  • Sound knowledge with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Experienced in internal and external audit is preferable.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and oral).
  • Able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
  • Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership characteristics and high adaptability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
