We are looking for a friendly, well-organized Assistant to Management to support daily business operations and office administration in Semarang. The position is part of a German company setting up a production company in Semarang, specializing in baby and children's fashion and accessories.

Responsibilities:

  • General office administration and secretary work
  • Organize documents, schedules, and appointments
  • Support setup and maintenance of a small office administration
  • Main contact for third-party companies (e.g. electrician, plumber, service providers)
  • Coordinate appointments and activities with management
  • Support daily business when the German owner is in Semarang
  • Translate from Indonesian to English during meetings and travel
  • Travel with management to partners within Indonesia

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma degree
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good with people; kind, smiling, and helpful personality
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
  • Willingness to travel
  • German and/or Chinese language skills are a plus
  • Negotiation skills are an advantage
