The Assistant Infrastructure Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, supervision, and evaluation of infrastructure development and facility maintenance projects in the factory. This role requires strong technical knowledge in architectural and civil aspects, along with effective cross-cultural communication skills, especially with Mandarin-speaking teams and vendors. The candidate must be mobile and able to work across Karawang to Jakarta areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Infrastructure Manager in planning, supervising, and monitoring the progress of construction and renovation projects for factory facilities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and internal teams regarding design, execution timelines, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure all construction and maintenance activities comply with technical standards, safety regulations, and the operational requirements of the company.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, record project progress, and identify/report potential issues on-site.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project status to management.
  • Act as the communication bridge between management and Chinese-speaking vendors, including for technical or administrative discussions.
  • Support infrastructure and building asset management (e.g., utilities, electrical systems, structural integrity, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in industrial or factory infrastructure projects.
  • Fluent in Mandarin
    (spoken and written) and able to serve as a technical translator when needed.
  • Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and utility systems.
  • Able to work independently and in a team, and willing to work in mobile settings across
