Tugas dan tanggung jawab:

  • Merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi operasional jangka pendek dan jangka panjang.
  • Menyusun target operasional dan menyelaraskan dengan target keuangan perusahaan.
  • Membina dan mengevaluasi kinerja Assistant Operational Manager dan Area Manager.
  • Menentukan kebutuhan rekrutmen dan pengembangan SDM operasional.
  • Memastikan seluruh outlet mencapai KPI yang ditetapkan (penjualan, kualitas layanan, dan efisiensi biaya).
  • Mengawasi laporan operasional dan keuangan outlet secara berkala.
  • Menganalisa dan mengintervensi performa outlet yang tidak mencapai target.
  • Menjamin seluruh outlet menjalankan SOP, regulasi pemerintah, dan standar pelayanan perusahaan.
  • Menerapkan sistem audit mutu dan pengawasan berkala secara menyeluruh.
  • Berkoordinasi aktif dengan departemen Marketing, HR, Finance, Training, dan Procurement.
  • Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan operasional bulanan dan kuartalan kepada Direksi.

Kualifikasi:

  • Diploma di bidang Manajemen Bisnis, Perhotelan, atau setara.
  • Minimal pengalaman kerja 2 tahun sebagai Operational Manager Restaurant yang memanage 2 atau lebih Area Manager (Minimal 5 outlet).
  • Berpenampilan rapi dan profesional.
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang sangat baik tentang semua bagian restoran seperti produk dan layanan.
  • Mampu memahami dan menganalisa laporan keuangan.
  • Memiliki keterampilan interpersonal, organisasional, serta kepemimpinan yang kuat.
  • Memahami tentang QC dan regulasi di lingkup restoran.
  • Memahami sistem inventaris dan pemeliharaan restoran yang baik.
  • Berkomitmen dan memiliki kemampuan mengatasi masalah di lingkup restoran.
