They are currently looking for passionate Business Management Trainee Intern to join us, who will play a key role in delivering great in-store experiences and supporting our efforts in mobile phone recycling.

You will learn the ins and outs of store operations while helping customers and contributing to a more sustainable future.

is currently hiring for the position of Store Trainee Intern (3–6 month internship).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Represent and help customers understand brand and services.
  • Assist in providing mobile phone recycling consultations and basic quality checks.
  • Support door-to-door recycling services alongside senior team members.
  • Help respond to customer service and after-sales inquiries.
  • Contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships through friendly and professional engagement.

Work Environment:

  • Work in stores and do door-to-door services, you will need to visit the customer's preferred location (i.e residential address, office etc).
  • Required to wear uniforms.
  • Equipped with professional quality inspection tools.

Exposure to in-store service and door-to-door customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Final year students who is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or fresh graduates with a maximum of 1 year experience.
  • Available for a full-time 6-month paid internship.
  • Proficient verbal and written English skills is a plus.
  • Passionate about mobile phone gadgets and the industry.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
