Deskripsi Singkat:

Bertanggung jawab atas proses penyiapan pesanan, pengemasan, pencatatan stok, serta memastikan barang dikirim dengan akurat, rapi, dan tepat waktu.

Job Description / Tanggung Jawab:

  1. Bekerja secara offline (ke kantor) Senin-Jumat ; pukul WIB
  2. Melakukan penerimaan barang masuk, termasuk pengecekan kondisi dan jumlah barang.
  3. Mencatat stok barang masuk dan keluar ke dalam sistem/Google Sheet/ERP yang digunakan.
  4. Menyiapkan dan mengemas pesanan pelanggan sesuai SOP (labeling, bubble wrap, safety packing, dll.).
  5. Melakukan pengecekan stok rutin (stock opname mingguan/bulanan).
  6. Berkoordinasi dengan tim admin/penjualan terkait status pesanan dan ketersediaan barang.
  7. Membuat laporan inventaris sederhana (barang masuk, barang keluar, stok rendah).
  8. Mengatur proses pengiriman, termasuk koordinasi dengan kurir (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, Grab/Gojek).

Kualifikasi:

  1. Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.
  2. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer atau Google Sheet untuk pencatatan stok.
  3. Bertanggung jawab, jujur, dan disiplin.
  4. Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan berkomunikasi dengan baik.
  5. Bersedia mengikuti SOP dan prosedur kerja yang telah ditetapkan.
