About the role

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team at PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia for one of our client sites located in South Jakarta and Serpong. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastry items and supporting daily kitchen operations to ensure excellent service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a professional and quality-driven food service environment.


What you'll be doing

  • Prepare, bake, and finish a wide range of pastry and bakery products following Sodexo's standards and recipes.
  • Ensure all pastry production complies with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and sanitation in pastry preparation areas and the kitchen.
  • Monitor stock levels, label ingredients properly, and implement the FIFO method to maintain freshness.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and smooth service operations.
  • Assist in menu preparation and contribute creative pastry ideas when needed.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Cook
  • Prior experience working in hotels, restaurants or hospital/mining catering handling at least 400 pax.
  • Strong technical skills in pastry and bakery fundamentals (mixing, baking, filling, decorating).
  • Attention to detail with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality products.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Preferably domiciled in South Jakarta or Serpong.
  • Able to join immediately.
