Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta for a Pastry Assistant. The Pastry Assistant will support daily pastry operations, including baking, preparing bakery products, and decorating items. Duties also involve maintaining cleanliness and adhering to hygiene standards. Creativity and collaboration will be essential in developing new recipes and improving product presentation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bakery and Baking
  • Skills in Cooking and overall food preparation
  • Knowledge of Hygiene standards and food safety practices
  • Creativity in recipe development and product presentation
  • Attention to detail and a passion for pastry arts
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Experience in a culinary or pastry program is a plus
