At X Padel Club, we believe padel is more than a sport — it is a community. Our venue is designed as a welcoming home where players gather, socialize, compete, and connect. Located in the heart of North Jakarta, our 9 high-quality courts and inviting club facilities create an energetic atmosphere that attracts both new players and seasoned athletes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive court bookings and brand awareness.
  • Create engaging promotional content across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, posters, video reels, etc.)
  • Build and maintain partnerships with sports communities, influencers, and sponsors.
  • Plan and manage padel events such as mini tournaments, launch events, and corporate gatherings.
  • Prepare monthly performance, marketing, and engagement reports.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager on venue branding and membership programs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Digital Communication (preferably in sports, lifestyle, or hospitality industries).
  • Creative, proactive, and active on social media platforms.
  • Skilled in basic photo and video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Strong communication and networking skills, especially within sports communities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sporty environment.
  • Willing to work on-site and support evening or weekend events.
