Creative Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Manager in planning project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with creative leads to interpret briefs and translate ideas into actionable project plans.
  • Develop timelines and production schedules that support creative flow and innovation.
  • Support brainstorming sessions, contributing creative insights and helping refine concepts.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Track budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain project documentation, contracts, and records.
  • Communicate project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Support team members in meeting deadlines and achieving milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
