About the role

This exciting full-time opportunity at PT Bedrock Brand Consultants' in Kembangan Jakarta Raya will see you taking on the crucial role of Finance, Accounting & Tax. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and managing tax compliance.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare, create and distribute invoice, that has included tax invoces for client and updates AR Recap
  • Responsible for preparing, reporting all compant tax activities: Value Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax, Employee Tax and all company tax necessary to comply with government regulation.
  • Control and monitor all tax daily operation, including all kind of tax report to generate
  • Responsible for monthly tax reconciliation with accounting department
  • Daily tax invoice, to provide, checking and ensure tax data are correct
  • Monitoring government tax regulation update
  • Filling tax data and tax reporting
  • Prepare tax report, maintain the accounting and finance filing data, account reconciliation, and analysis of the accounting data
  • Generating and uploading input VAT and output VAT tax invoices on the e-Factur program and ensuring all input VAT tax invoices are in accordance with the purchase invoice.
  • Follow up the proof of PPH 23 deductions that were cut by the customer
  • Follow up Client Payments, Filing and do administration works in regular basis
  • Understand the Coretax application applicable tax regulations and stay current with changes in tax laws to ensure that the company has implemented best practices in taxation. Ensure on-time reconciliation and preparation of monthly tax reports for PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 4 ayat 2, and PPN (e-faktur).

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Accounting or Finance
  2. 5+ years of experience in a similar finance, accounting or tax role
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and tax regulations
  4. Familiar Coretax Application
  5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, for managing team and cross-functional collaboration.
  6. Having Brevet A & B is preferred.
  7. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards (PSAK), and accounting best practices.
  8. Careful, honest, and able to maintain data privacy, Creative thinker with a proactive attitude
