How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.

  • Drive manpower calculations and maintain optimal staffing ratios to support aggressive volume targets.
  • Oversee recruitment campaigns to ensure timely completion and high-quality onboarding.
  • Develop and manage training programs, focusing on systematic knowledge transfer to city sales agents.
  • Coordinate with Regional Launch Managers and Field Operations for smooth market penetration and scalability.
  • Design performance incentive frameworks to motivate and retain operational teams.
  • Monitor operational launch timelines and adjust plans to meet target volume achievement.
  • Track key HR metrics such as attrition rates and recruitment effectiveness to optimize team performance.
  • Hands-on experience deploying training programs and optimizing staffing ratios at a regional or national level.
Requirements
  • Leadership: Proven ability in managing cross-functional teams, including regional managers, field coordinators, and training specialists.
  • Manpower Strategy: Strong skills in manpower calculation, staffing ratio optimization, and resource allocation aligned with volume penetration goals.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer: Experienced in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to city sales agents to ensure operational readiness and excellent field performance.
  • Operational Scaling: Hands-on experience in overseeing market launches, coordinating recruitment cycles, onboarding, and incentive program implementation.
  • Analytical Skills: Capacity to measure training effectiveness, staff performance metrics, and attrition trends to continuously improve recruitment and operational processes.
We exist to cover the full area of lending to retail customers based on a portfolio approach. We are very data-driven and strategic to make decisions on Retail propositions through analyzing, interpreting, elaborating data, visualizing, and presenting results.
It's our job to underwrite, create portfolio management reports, design collection strategies to risk costs, and RWA optimization. We work closely with relevant stakeholders actively to build the network globally. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
