K-Club Group is expanding its villa portfolio in Bali and is looking for a results-driven
Airbnb & E-Commerce Specialist
to take ownership of online performance across our villas.

This role is not administrative. It is for someone who understands pricing, conversion, and revenue — and knows how to win on Airbnb.

Your Mission:

  • Maximize occupancy, nightly rates, and guest satisfaction across our Bali villas through best-in-class Airbnb and OTA management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Airbnb listings end-to-end
  • Create high-converting titles, descriptions, and photo layouts
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on seasonality, demand, and events
  • Manage calendars, minimum stays, promotions, and last-minute pricing
  • Handle guest communication from inquiry to checkout
  • Drive 5-star reviews and Superhost performance
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams
  • Track performance (occupancy, ADR, revenue) and propose improvements

Candidate Profile:

  • Hands-on Airbnb and OTA experience (not theoretical)
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on yield and revenue
  • Highly organized and calm under pressure
  • Strong written English (additional languages an advantage)
  • Experience with pricing tools, PMS, or channel managers is a strong plus
