Quality Assurance

  • Ensure high-quality service standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the central lab and other branches for aligned service delivery.
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams for promotional efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any major).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical laboratory setting.
  • Proven background in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
