Client Relationship Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Consumer Data Management
- Collect, verify, and consolidate consumer data from multiple sources (e.g., offline store, online forms, events, retail activations, and digital campaigns).
- Maintain and update the consumer database to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Structure consumer data into actionable segments based on demographics, purchase behavior, and engagement patterns.
- Generate insights and reports from consumer data to support marketing strategy and campaign planning.
2. WhatsApp Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design and execute personalized WhatsApp campaigns aligned with brand objectives (e.g., product launches, seasonal promotions, loyalty engagement).
- Manage WhatsApp Business
- Coordinate message content with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and key messages.
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, response rates, conversion) and optimize future campaigns based on learnings.
3. Client & Consumer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for consumer inquiries or feedback received through WhatsApp and other digital touchpoints.
- Ensure timely, professional, and personalized responses to maintain positive brand experience.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through ongoing communication and engagement programs.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, digital, and data teams to align CRM initiatives with overall marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with IT or system vendors to ensure smooth technical operation of WhatsApp and CRM platforms.
- Support the marketing team in evaluating new digital tools and data platforms that enhance consumer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM
- Strong understanding of data collection, segmentation, and CRM best practices.
- Experience using WhatsApp Business tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
